I think “Catching My Breath” would be a great title for a real post in this series, but it also works well for what I’ve been doing all weekend: I’ve napped, been lazy, and loved on my family.
Caught my breath.
I needed it, and I still need it. It’s been a whirlwind month, and I don’t foresee it slowing down until after the first of the new year.
I plan on continuing to write more on this topic even after this 31 days is over, so I don’t feel guilty about writing a fluff (filler) post for today, just to keep things official around here. It’s not from lack of stuff to share, but I believe that like all things, I write best when I take care of myself.
If you haven’t read them yet, go ahead and read through some of the posts, and let me know your thoughts and what you’d like to know or ask.
This is the 27th post in a 31 Day Series: 31 Days to Peace: Finding inner peace for anxiety and panic attacks. Start from the beginning here.
