Lost sleep. Stayed up through the night hashing things over and over, ad nauseum.
Most of it never came to be.
I’m not a betting person, but if I were, I’d be willing to bet that less than 95% of the things I’ve ever worried about have ever happened, or happened in the doom and gloom way that I imagined.
And I can’t get those moments back.
Living in fear robs us of the joy that we are meant to have.
We weren’t meant to run around scared and in fear.
Ain’t nobody got time for that!
Yes – life has a lot of moments that will concern us. But lets let them propel us to action. Not paralyzed fear.
