When was the last time you took a day to do nothing but the things that you wanted to do?
I’m not talking about a vacation; even vacations can be stressful.
(How many times do you hear people complain about needing a vacation from their vacation?)
I’m talking about a day to do nothing that you don’t want to do.
To turn off the distractions.
To do something you’ve been wanting to do, but can ‘never seem to find the time’ to do it.
To relax, or to have fun.
To recharge.
“No time to” is no excuse.
It’s the reason to.
