I started this series to help others, but I knew I would learn from it too.
The last several days have been crazy busy, and I’m struggling to finish the posts that I want to post, without creating stress on myself, and neglecting my family.
I am feeling the anxiety creeping in.
And then, I found this sweet reminder from our favorite bear – Winnie the Pooh.
It was then that I stepped back and knew that it was ok to not bother for a bit. To just listen, and be.
