I’ve written about my struggles with anxiety and panic attacks on my personal blog before, but never on this one.
For the next 31 days, I’m taking part in my friend Myquillyn’s (aka: The Nester) challenge to write on a topic for 31 days.
When I thought of what I could write on for this length of time, my struggles with and journey towards inner peace from anxiety and panic attacks immediately came to mind.
For the next 31 days we’ll discuss tips, resources, shared stories/experiences and more, on dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, and the journey towards inner peace.
For those who have never dealt with constant anxiety or panic attacks, these posts will, hopefully, serve as a catalyst for understanding and compassion. Before I had one (or knew I had one), I was clueless as to what they were, much less, how they felt. Like childbirth, it’s hard to explain.
For those who have experienced severe anxiety and panic attacks, my hope is that you will realize that there is no shame to these feelings, and that there is hope for healing and peace.
Let’s do this.
